• Turkish Data Protection Notice (KVKK)

  This page is our disclosure/notice under Turkey's personal data protection law - Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"). It applies to users whose data is processed under Turkish law and exists to satisfy a specific Turkish legal disclosure requirement; it is not a consent form or contract. • Cookie Policy

  This page individually lists every cookie and similar storage mechanism (including localStorage) actually used by yazar.io. It is not a generic template list - a category not used in the product (e.g. marketing cookies) is not shown here as if it existed.

• Terms of Use

  These terms govern the relationship between you and us while you use yazar.io. yazar.io offers two real plans, the free Yazar plan and the paid Yazar Pro plan; payment/subscription terms are explained in the "Payments and subscriptions" section below.

• Content and Intellectual Property Policy

  yazar.io is a writing tool - your work is always yours. This page is meant to give you a clear, specific assurance about ownership of your books, characters, and other creative content.

  This page explains the subscription, payment, cancellation, price-change, and tax terms for Yazar Pro (the paid plan). Our payment provider, Paddle, acts as Merchant of Record (authorized reseller) for this sale.

• Refund Policy

  Explains how refund requests for Yazar Pro (the paid plan) are handled. Because our payment provider Paddle acts as Merchant of Record, refunds are governed primarily by Paddle's own Buyer Terms and its current Refund Policy.
