If a talking rabbit is your hero, it belongs in Characters, while the other creatures of the forest can live in Creatures. Objects like a magic umbrella or a talking clock go in Items. When you note who owns an item and where it is in its profile, the item shows up on its owner's page too.
Name the sections after your world
Sections like Spells or Beliefs may not fit every children's book. You can hide the sections you don't use and rename the rest to suit your book, for example turning Locations into Forest Corners. With Yazar Pro you can also add up to 3 Custom Sections, each with a name and icon of your choice.
Think in pictures, write where you're used to
In picture books, how a character looks matters as much as the text. You can add several images to each record and keep the references you'll send your illustrator on the character's page. You keep writing your text in Word or Google Docs.
