The mobile app isn't a separate product; it's another door into the same account. Books, characters and notes you create on the web appear in the app as they are, and a change you make on your phone is waiting for you when you open your computer. There's no separate sync or transfer step.
What's in the app?
Every section is available in the app too: characters, locations, organizations and other records, Notes, the Family Tree, the Timeline and Quotes. You can create and edit records, add images and adjust their framing, and search your book. You can also manage your Author Card and your books' Shareable Wiki settings from the app.
Designed for phones and tablets
The app isn't a shrunken version of the website; it's an interface designed separately for phone and tablet screens. On iPad it offers a layout that uses the wide screen, and on phones screens that suit one-handed use. When your connection drops for a short while, you can keep viewing content you've already opened.
How to get it
Download the app from the App Store for iPhone and iPad, or from Google Play for Android. Just sign in with the account you use on the web; there's no need to create a new one.
Is the mobile app paid?
No, downloading the app is free. Your plan is the same as on the web; you can use it on the free plan too.
Does my Yazar Pro subscription work in the app?
Yes. Yazar Pro is tied to your account; wherever you subscribed, on the web or in the app, it works in both places.
Can I write my novel in the app?
yazar.io isn't a novel-writing tool; it's a space for building your world. You keep writing your novel where you're used to and keep the app nearby to look up your characters and world.
