Can I change my book's cover, color and address?
Yes. From Book Settings you can add a cover image to your book, change its color and edit its address. Cover and color make it easier to tell your books apart in the Library. Be careful when changing the address: if your book is published as a wiki, the old link will stop working.
Cover image
In Book Settings, use the Cover Image field to upload an image for your book, and change or remove it later. A vertical image in a 2:3 ratio gives the best result. Your cover image is private; if you open your book as a Shareable Wiki, it shows on the wiki too.
Book color
When creating a new book you can pick a color for it, and change that color later in Book Settings. Color makes it easier to tell books apart in the Library, especially those without a cover image.
Book address
The book address is the short name used in your book's links. By default it updates automatically whenever you change the book title; you can also set it by hand. An address you set by hand no longer updates with the title. Changing the address also changes your wiki link; if you shared the old link somewhere, it will stop working.
Can others see my cover image?
No, your book images are private and shown only to you. If you open your book as a Shareable Wiki, the cover shows there too; when you close the wiki, it becomes unavailable right away.
Are cover images available on the free plan?
Yes. Images count toward your plan's image storage: 50 MB on the free plan, 2 GB on Yazar Pro.
Does changing the address affect my records?
No. The address only changes the link; the records and links inside your book stay the same.
