Organize your characters, locations, lore, and every part of your story in one connected workspace.
As an epic grows, hundreds of names, relationships, and rules pile up. Once this information is scattered across Word files and memory, staying consistent gets hard.
It all works like a connected wiki. Click a character; get to the location they've been to, the group they belong to.
Rich characters with a portrait, profile, and relationship web. Who, from where, with whom, at a glance.
Cities, forests, passes. Save your geography, link it to characters and events.
Cults, guilds, dynasties. Keep power dynamics and memberships in one place.
Your magic system, history, legends. Your own world's encyclopedia, always on hand.
Draw generations of a dynasty with drag-and-drop, reconnect any branch anytime. Who's related to whom, clear at a glance.
10 note types, status tracking (from idea to used). Just mention an entity's name and it links itself - even deleted notes come back.
Just type a name, it links itself - or type @ to pick one instantly. Every page comes with a backlink panel showing who mentions it.
Shape the profile for each entity type your way. Add the fields you need, hide the ones you don't.
Your public @username profile. Your books, your links, your socials, one page, free forever.

Your world stays with you while you write in Word. Keep it consistent with your family tree and notes.
Yazar.io does not generate text for you, create your characters, or finish your story. It simply gives you a clear place to organize your world, see connections, and develop your own ideas.
We respect the work, imagination, and original voice behind every story. Because what makes a story meaningful is the person who writes it.
Yazar.io is the tool. You are the writer.
Your creative content is stored in encrypted form rather than readable plaintext. The keys that protect it are kept separately from the database.
The encrypted data shown here is shortened for illustration.
What you write: Arel grew up in the village of Nera as an ordinary archivist's apprentice.. What's stored in the database: GxDa-Zobm_r0w2tzG0Jm6zVDak2upv85eHfInepS7sX2Jc....
Character descriptions, notes, and custom field values are stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM.
The book keys that unlock your content aren't stored in plain form in the database - they're protected by a separate key management system.
In case of infrastructure loss, book keys also have a separate recovery path independent of Google.

yazar.io uses Supabase for its database, accounts, and file storage. Thanks to Row Level Security (RLS), every user can only access their own books and content - no other user can view your books, characters, or notes by guessing or changing a link. Book and character images are stored in private storage and are only shown through time-limited links tied to your account. Analytics tools only run once you consent, and the content you create - books, characters, lore, notes - is never sent to product analytics. Only the Author Card you choose to publish is public.
